• All orders are being processed within within 2-8 working days, and delivery can be 10-20 working days

• After your order is placed you will receive an additional shipping email with tracking information once your goods are on their way!

• Orders containing multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses or at different times, no we didn’t forget your items!

• All orders are being processed within 2-8 working days, and delivery can be 10-28 working days depending on the location.

• Customs Fees, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by the Customs Authority of the destination country or location, and are influenced by various factors such as:

  • The country or location where the product was purchased

  • Local VAT rates

  • Local import taxes

You are responsible for paying these charges if and when they are required by your local authorities.

• ATTENTION CANADA! When checking your tracking you may see (ARRIVAL IN DESTINATION COUNTRY) as your last updated. If you have waited over 7 days after getting this message please check with your local postal office. Chances are, they have your package. 

Undelivered or Returned Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or if it is not picked up from the courier's facility after multiple delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
